23rd edition of Madurai International Documentary and Short Film Festival 2021

Dear friends!
We are getting ready for our next and 23rd edition of Madurai International Documentary and Short Film Festival 2021.
The festival will be held on 6-10 Dec at multiple venues (depending upon local restrictions) in Madurai.
We invite short films, animation films, music videos and documentaries from across the world.
There is no restriction in the theme.
The maximum duration of a short fiction can be 20 minutes.
There is no duration restriction for documentaries.
The films should have been produced within the last 24 months.
The festival is a non competitive event.
We also collect a nominal entry fee.
Film festival will be happy to host the filmmakers, whose films get selected by our official selection committee. We will not be able to meet the travel expenses of the guests .
Last date to send entries : 15 October.
The selection result will be announced on 15 November.
The schedule will be announced on 1 December.
